In my knowledge, Shichiken is the most well known sake from Yamanashi prefecture which is adjacent to Tokyo. This brewery produces a wide variety of sakes under the same brand name.
This specific one is medium body and with exotic aroma which you can usually enjoy with more pricy sake. This is well-balanced between acidity and sweetness and ends up with freshness. The retail price after tax is $10.00.
