Can you believe that such high quality sake is being brewed in the outskirts of Tokyo?
This medium body sake provides the good balance of fruitiness and robust flavor. The taste is consistent and clean. I don’t recognize the air exposure changes the taste and flavor so much. This could be one of the good characteristics of Omachi, sake rice.
The distribution of this brewery sounds pretty limited. Therefore you will not buy this brand anywhere. But I would recommend you try this high quality, but Tokyo local brand. The retail price before tax is about $16.00.
